As we\u2019ve seen over the past few months the number of deliveries of new trams on Manchester Metrolink has really picked up and that also means the number of trams entering service has also increased. We feature a couple of the new order in this edition of \u201cOut and About\u201d.<\/p>\n

3141 was delivered to Manchester on 14th May 2022 and would enter service just over a month later on 17th June 2022. The newer trams can be easily recognised as their yellow remains a lot more vivid than those which have been in service for up to 13 years. This is the tram at Langworthy on the Eccles line.<\/p><\/div>\n

Langworthy again but this time its 3142 which approaches the stop heading for Eccles. 3142 was delivered on 6th June 2022 and entered service on 2nd July 2022.<\/p><\/div>\n
