{"id":45106,"date":"2022-05-27T18:00:07","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T17:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=45106"},"modified":"2022-05-21T14:09:13","modified_gmt":"2022-05-21T13:09:13","slug":"picture-in-time-nottingham-express-transit-201-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=45106","title":{"rendered":"Picture in Time: Nottingham Express Transit 201"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are again off to Nottingham today for this edition of \u201cPicture in Time\u201d as we take a look at one of the advertising liveries carried on a tram.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>For the first ten years of Nottingham Express Transit the lowest numbered tram, <strong>201<\/strong>, seemed to be one of the trams of choice for advertising liveries. Starting off in a design for Powergen \u2013 a contract which lasted until 2008 in two different styles \u2013 by the time of the below photo on 4<sup>th<\/sup> June 2008 there was a new advertiser on the tram. This time it was My Nottingham Jobs.co.uk and as is often the tradition it included the standard fleet livery being retained on the cab ends.<\/p>\n<p>We see <strong>201<\/strong> here just arriving at Phoenix Park with its orange advertising vinyls seen (the other side featured a blue background).
