We’re back with another main site update this week as photos come from London Tramlink earlier this month:<\/p>\n

There are also updates to the Beamish<\/a> (photo links), Birkenhead<\/a> (last operating dates), Blackpool<\/a> (279 moving to Rigby Road), Crich Tramway Village<\/a> (last operating dates), East Anglia Transport Museum<\/a> (Glasgow 488’s top deck arriving), Fylde Transport Trust<\/a> (279’s move), London Tramlink<\/a> (photo links), Manchester Metrolink<\/a> (new tram in service, advert removed and photo links), Manx Electric Railway<\/a> (last operating dates), Snaefell Mountain Railway<\/a> (last operating dates), Stagecoach Supertram<\/a> (tram moved for repairs) and West Midlands Metro<\/a> (photo links, tram into service and Urbos3s withdrawn) Fleet Lists as well as the Manchester Metrolink Advert List<\/a> (advert removed).<\/p>\n

* Thanks to everyone who has completed the survey<\/a> we launched last week. Whilst a lot of it has told us what we already knew (probably means the wrong questions were asked!) it has given some food for thought – we will be responding to some of the points raised in the free text section in a future update. The survey remains open for now for anyone who wants to have their say!<\/p>\n

On 7th March 2022 we see London Tramlink 2562 – one of 12 Stadler built Variobahn figures – making the call at Reeves Corner with a service from Wimbledon to Beckenham Junction. This stop just has a single platform for trams heading into Croydon with no opposite platform for those heading to Wimbledon.
