Covering the period 12<sup>th<\/sup> December 2021 to 5<sup>th<\/sup> March 2022 punctuality has now reached 88.9% whilst reliability is at 97.6%.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The quarterly stats include three four weekly periods \u2013 periods 10, 11 and 12 in the Metrolink reporting year. The statistics give details of each period both overall and on a line-by-line basis. In this release it shows that period 11 was the highest performing period for nearly a year and although things have gone down slightly again since they are still higher than they have been for much of the last year and hopefully that will be a trend that continues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Punctuality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Percentage of trams departing less than 2 minutes late<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Period 9 (November\/December) \u2013 84.8%<\/p>\n<p>Period 10 (December\/January) \u2013 84.9%<\/p>\n<p>Period 11 (January\/February) \u2013 90.5%<\/p>\n<p>Period 12 (February\/March) \u2013 88.9%<\/p>\n<p>The individual line stats for the final period show:<\/p>\n<p>Highest performing line: Trafford Park \u2013 97.3%<\/p>\n<p>Lowest performing line: Eccles \u2013 79.4%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reliability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Percentage of planned miles operated<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Period 9 (November\/December) \u2013 95.2%<\/p>\n<p>Period 10 (December\/January) \u2013 94.2%<\/p>\n<p>Period 11 (January\/February) \u2013 98.7%<\/p>\n<p>Period 12 (February\/March) \u2013 97.6%<\/p>\n<p>The individual line stats for the final period show:<\/p>\n<p>Highest performing line: Oldham &amp; Rochdale \u2013 98.4%<\/p>\n<p>Lowest performing line: East Didsbury \u2013 94.8%<\/p>\n<p>In addition there were 0.89% of all planned journeys cancelled and 1.07% of planned journeys were recorded as being incomplete.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The full stats \u2013 including the line-by-line data can be downloaded on the TfGM website at <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.ctfassets.net\/nv7y93idf4jq\/47qHc4UheU36F404oCZANe\/659dc56771cb63ef4785f02f29e361c5\/Performance_poster_P10_P12.pdf\">https:\/\/assets.ctfassets.net\/nv7y93idf4jq\/47qHc4UheU36F404oCZANe\/659dc56771cb63ef4785f02f29e361c5\/Performance_poster_P10_P12.pdf<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The latest data released by Transport for Greater Manchester has shown that both punctuality and reliability on Manchester Metrolink has increased in the latest quarter.
