Tickets have to be purchased but those not resident in the city though with a smartcard required to be bought for 2 euros and then funds are loaded onto it to buy tickets. A 30 day ticket for use on the tram is only 30 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Below we see another Tatra KT4D in service \u2013 again originating from Erfurt in Germany. Built in 1983,\u00a0<strong>163<\/strong> was transferred to Tallin in 2008 and remains operational to this day.
