Balloon 723 received this vinyl wrap livery for The Magical Express Tour back in November \u2013 the first full vinyl wrap advert on heritage tram for over 10 years. The Balloon Car (which previously had a coat of 1980s green and cream) is seen just arriving at Pleasure Beach with a run of The Magical Express Tour.<\/p><\/div>\n
