{"id":42755,"date":"2021-12-08T12:00:29","date_gmt":"2021-12-08T12:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=42755"},"modified":"2021-12-07T19:01:46","modified_gmt":"2021-12-07T19:01:46","slug":"15-years-apart-sheffield-74-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=42755","title":{"rendered":"15 Years Apart: Sheffield 74"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Its time for another edition of \u201c15 Years Apart\u201d as we return to the Crich Tramway Village to take a look at one of the trams in the collection in both 2006 and 2021.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Featured in this article is <strong>Sheffield 74<\/strong> \u2013 another tram which at first glance looks very similar in these two pictures \u2013 and we start off with a view taken on 11<sup>th<\/sup> June 2006 at Wakebridge. Whilst the tram doesn\u2019t seem to have changed a great deal its what surrounds it that has over the last 15 years \u2013 the siding has been removed and the Bradford Cabmen\u2019s Shelter is under restoration and looks far better than it does here.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?attachment_id=42756\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-42756\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-42756\" src=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.74-gp-550x365.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.74-gp-550x365.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.74-gp-1024x680.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.74-gp-768x510.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.74-gp.jpg 1290w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>18<sup>th<\/sup> September 2021 and we catch up with <strong>Sheffield 74<\/strong> as it passes the entrance to the depot on its way back to Town End. The tram has been through the Workshops during the intervening period but retains the same livery.
