For the first time this year the feature of this image is a modern tram.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nottingham Express Transit 208<\/strong> is one of the 15 Bombardier built Citadis trams which had their final assembly in Derby (the last trams for the UK to be built in the UK \u2013 or at least put together). In 2006 the tram was only two years into his operating career and as we see in this first image was in the original fleet livery with added external advertising above the windows. This photo was taken at Station Street \u2013 now closed \u2013 on 8<sup>th<\/sup> June 2006.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?attachment_id=42727\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-42727\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-42727\" src=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.208-gp-550x365.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.208-gp-550x365.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.208-gp-1024x680.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.208-gp-768x510.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.208-gp.jpg 1290w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then on 19<sup>th<\/sup> September 2021 we catch up with the tram again as it approaches Nottingham Station \u2013 the replacement stop for Station Street \u2013 from Clifton South to Phoenix Park.
