{"id":41452,"date":"2021-09-11T14:00:01","date_gmt":"2021-09-11T13:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=41452"},"modified":"2021-09-09T20:47:46","modified_gmt":"2021-09-09T19:47:46","slug":"around-the-world-in-trams-amsterdam-works-car","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=41452","title":{"rendered":"Around the World in Trams: Amsterdam Works Car"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For the next few editions of \u201cAround the World in Trams\u201d we are heading to Amsterdam in the Netherlands during 1983 to take a look at what was out and about on the lines at this time.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately the brightly coloured tram in the below photo can\u2019t be identified as the lady and child just walking past are blocking the number on the side! What we do know is that seems to be a single-ended vehicle with the rear having an open platform instead of a cab.
