{"id":40527,"date":"2021-07-17T08:00:11","date_gmt":"2021-07-17T07:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=40527"},"modified":"2021-07-16T16:57:53","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T15:57:53","slug":"lockdown-walks-stagecoach-supertram-399-207-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=40527","title":{"rendered":"Lockdown Walks: Stagecoach Supertram 399 207"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We head back to Sheffield for another \u201cLockdown Walk\u201d with a view taken of one of the Citylink tram-trains which is able to run on the conventional tram network.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>When the tram-train pilot was conceived the opportunity to increase capacity on the wider Stagecoach Supertram network was also taken with a total of seven Citylink vehicles ordered. Four are dedicated to the tram-train service with the other three able to run on the conventional tram network thanks to their wheel profiles.
