But in recent years the volunteers of the Volk\u2019s Electric Railway Association have stepped in to operate an evening service \u2013 and 2021 will be no different with four dates now announced for this running.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>VERA volunteers will be running a special service on 27<sup>th<\/sup> June, 25<sup>th<\/sup> July, 22<sup>nd<\/sup> August and 26<sup>th<\/sup> September between 1800 and 2000. All fare revenue will go towards projects associated with the railway.<\/p>\n<p>As is always the case on the Volk\u2019s Electric Railway all operation will be subject to the weather conditions.
