But now we can finally start to see some progress on the actual construction phase. Tony Armitage with the photos.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As we saw in a previous update Steconfer track frames had recently been delivered to the site and they are now starting to be used with it looking like track may start to be laid in the near future.
