And so it has happened again with Edinburgh Trams announcing just a day after we published our service summary that they will be increasing services from Monday 17<sup>th<\/sup> May!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The service increase will see trams running from every seven minutes at what are described as Edinburgh Trams busiest time \u2013 between 1100 and 1300. It would seem that Edinburgh Trams\u2019 rush hour is completely different from any other public transport system in the UK!<\/p>\n<p>Trams will continue to run every 15 minutes at other times and Edinburgh Trams will be continuing to review the service as a result of demand.<\/p>\n<p>Lea Harrison, Managing Director of Edinburgh Trams, said: \u201c\u201cBy adding additional services to our current 15-minute service, we can help our customers to maintain physical distancing.\u00a0What\u2019s more, we recently welcomed back our Ticket Inspectors who\u2019re onboard to provide a seamless travel experience and ensure that every customer has purchased a ticket, validated their smartcard or activated their mticket.
