One day soon we\u2019re sure we will stop describing the site on Talbot Road where the tram terminus of the Blackpool North extension will be built as the old Wilko\u2019s store but that day isn\u2019t today! We have another short pictorial article on the site as more work takes place in preparation for the main construction works of both the tramstop and adjacent hotel\/restaurant. Whereas in our last few editions we have been looking at a deserted site with little happening this time around there is some activity to report on! Its more preparation work and we see some workmen clearing some old electric cables from where the new tram route will be constructed, All good signs for more progress to come in the coming months on the tramway.
