It\u2019s that time of the week again when we bring you a round-up of when and where you can travel on heritage trams across the UK. Beamish, The Living Museum of the North <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Open daily between 1000 and 1700 with trams operating each day round the Museum circuit.<\/p>\n Birkenhead Heritage Tramway <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Trams continue to operate Saturdays and Sundays. First tram from Woodside Ferry at 1300, last tram departs Woodside Ferry to Depot at 1630. The tramway will also be running on Monday 27 May and Wednesday 29-Friday 31 May between 1300 and 1630.<\/p>\n Black Country Living Museum <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Opening daily between 1000 and 1700. One tram will normally be in service each day.<\/p>\n Blackpool Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Heritage tram operation returns between Saturday 25 and Monday 27 May. The following allocations are expected (subject to availability):<\/p>\n Saturday 25 May: Heritage Cars \u00a0\u2013 Bolton 66 and Balloon 706 or 717 (depending on weather). Modified Balloons: 711 (all day), 718 (AM) & 700 (PM).<\/p>\n Sunday 26th: Heritage Cars: Centenary 642 (possible last use), Balloon 723 (AM) & Balloon 701 (PM). Modified Balloons: 713 (all day), 707 (AM) & 709 (PM)<\/p>\n Monday 27th: Heritage Cars: TBA & Balloon 723. Modified Balloons: 719 (all day) & 718 (AM). Twin Car 272+T2 will replace 718 at lunchtime.<\/p>\n Following this operation the heritage trams will run on Sunday 23 June (Totally Transport day), Sunday 21 July (in connection with the Fleetwood Transport Festival) and the August Bank Holiday weekend before reverting to running nightly during the lluminations.<\/p>\n Crich Tramway Village<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Now open daily until 3rd November. Museum is open between 1000 and 1730 with trams operating daily.<\/p>\n On Sunday 26 and Monday 27 May the Beside the Seaside event will take place with an intensive tram service expected including many trams from the seaside (aka Blackpool trams!)<\/p>\n East Anglia Transport Museum <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The Museum is open every Thursday (1300-1700) and Sunday (1100-1700, except during special events) until the end of September. It will also be open between 1100 and 1700 on Monday 27 May and then from Tuesday 28-Thursday 30 May (1300-1700). Saturday opening commences on Saturday 1 June until the end of September (1300-1700 each week).<\/p>\n Heaton Park Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Open every Sunday until the end of September with a service provided\u00a0between 1200 and 1700. The tramway will also be open on Monday 27 & Tuesday 28 May with trams operating 1200-1700. On Sunday and Monday a two tram service will be operated if the demand is there and on Tuesday\u00a0there will be a Teddy Bears Picnic where all children turning up with a Teddy travel for free!<\/p>\n Manx Electric Railway <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Operating daily until Sunday 6th October with timetable D in use from Saturday 25-Friday 31 May (first tram departing Douglas at 0940 and then every half hour until 1640 with every other service terminating at Laxey). Timetable F will then be in operation Saturday 1-Friday 7 June (first tram departing Douglas at 0910 and then every half hour until 1740 with most trams running all the way with the exception of the 0910 and 1410).<\/p>\n Seaton Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Open daily until the start of November. The blue timetable starts operation on Saturday 25 May and will operate until Friday 7 June (trams every 20 minutes between 1000 and 1620 from Seaton and 1030 and 1650 from Colyton).<\/p>\n Snaefell Mountain Railway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Operating daily until Sunday 6 October with timetable D in use from Saturday 25 May-Friday 31 May (every half hour between 1015 and 1545).
