{"id":38420,"date":"2021-02-21T11:00:26","date_gmt":"2021-02-21T11:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=38420"},"modified":"2021-02-20T20:49:36","modified_gmt":"2021-02-20T20:49:36","slug":"lockdown-walks-stagecoach-supertram-101","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=38420","title":{"rendered":"Lockdown Walks: Stagecoach Supertram 101"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Another outing during Lockdown for this latest edition of \u201cLockdown Walks\u201d and we are again heading out in Sheffield.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Today we feature the very first of the Siemens-Duewag trams which were built for the opening of the network in Dusseldorf, Germany. <strong>101<\/strong> was tested on the Dusseldorf system before it was delivered to South Yorkshire and as a result was not the first to arrive at Nunnery Depot. It was predated by six other trams before it turned up at the start of November 1993.
