Before we move on to another location we just have time for one more archive photo from Crich and its 1985 again as a couple of Glasgow trams soak up the sunshine.<\/p>\n

This image was taken during the July of 1985 by which time both 1100<\/strong> and 1115<\/strong> were non-runners in the Crich fleet. 1100<\/strong> of 1928 is the far tram with 1115<\/strong>, built a year later in 1929, closer to the camera. Both trams were nine years out of the operational fleet by the date of this photo with 1976 the last time passengers were carried on board. 1100<\/strong> had managed the longer spell in traffic having first run at Crich in 1965 with 1115<\/strong> first runs coming in 1971.<\/p>\n Today 1100<\/strong> can be found at the Clay Cross store having been moved away from Crich in 2005 because of space constraints while 1115<\/strong> remains at Crich and after many years being part of the Trams at Night display is now in the Great Exhibition Hall, still on static display.<\/p>\n
