{"id":37343,"date":"2021-01-22T22:00:05","date_gmt":"2021-01-22T22:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=37343"},"modified":"2021-01-22T18:24:33","modified_gmt":"2021-01-22T18:24:33","slug":"sunday-timetable-re-introduced-all-week-on-net","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=37343","title":{"rendered":"Sunday timetable re-introduced all week on NET"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nottingham Express Transit services will be running to the Sunday timetable seven days a week for the foreseeable future after a continued fall in passenger numbers since the latest round of government restrictions were introduced earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The revised timetable was introduced from the start of service on Friday 22<sup>nd<\/sup> January (and announced the evening before) and will now see trams running at the below frequencies on each line:<\/p>\n<p>0600-0900: Every 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>0900-1900: Every 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p>1900-2300: Every 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Although this will increase wait times for passengers during the day the service being offered on Nottingham Express Transit remains better than some systems normal service.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Mabey, NET Head of Operations, said: \u201cSince the tighter restrictions were introduced after Christmas we\u2019ve again seen customer numbers fall to a fraction of pre-pandemic levels. At the same time, like many other organisations across the city, we have an increased number of employees correctly following NHS and government guidance on self-isolation.
