Bow Depot, London"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This latest edition of \u201cStill Standing!\u201d is again heading to London as we feature Bow Depot.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This depot was a relatively latecomer being opened by the London County Council Tramways\u00a0 on 25<sup>th<\/sup> June 1908 to house electric trams from the off. With London Transport coming into being it moved into their control on 1<sup>st<\/sup> July 1933 with trams continuing to operate from it until 5<sup>th<\/sup> November 1939.
