At this time there was some construction work going on outside the Stephenson workshop with a temporary tramstop also provided in front of the workshop as can be seen on the right here.<\/p>\n<p>With <strong>166<\/strong> seemingly being driven by a member of the workshop, alongside the tram we see a car on display.
