The latest performance report for Manchester Metrolink has been released and as the headline says it shows that punctuality has gone up whilst reliability has fallen. But in both cases they are big changes with Metrolink continuing to perform at a fairly stable level throughout 2020.<\/p>\n

Punctuality<\/strong><\/p>\n Trams departing less than 2 minutes late<\/em><\/p>\n This latest period (period 7: 20th<\/sup> September to 18th<\/sup> October 2020) has a percentage figure of 94.4%. An increase from the previous period which was at 93.9%. This is the highest figure since period 4.<\/p>\n Highest performing line: Trafford Park line \u2013 98.7%<\/p>\n Lowest performing line: Oldham & Rochdale \u2013 90.8%<\/p>\n Reliability<\/strong><\/p>\n Planned miles operated<\/em><\/p>\n This latest period (period 7: 20th<\/sup> September to 18th<\/sup> October 2020) has a percentage figure of 95.6% which is a fall from the previous period which was at 96.9%.
