{"id":36324,"date":"2020-11-13T18:00:29","date_gmt":"2020-11-13T18:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=36324"},"modified":"2020-11-13T17:45:41","modified_gmt":"2020-11-13T17:45:41","slug":"picture-in-time-leeds-532","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=36324","title":{"rendered":"Picture in Time: Leeds 532"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our final stop in Leeds during 1959 moves on from the Horsfield Cars and takes a look at one of the Feltham trams which had moved north for their final years of service.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We include two photos of <strong>532<\/strong> in service on 1<sup>st<\/sup> November 1959 both taken by the bus station in York Street with the tram running on route 22 to Templenewsam although it has obviously turned at some point between the two images as we can see two different between deck adverts \u2013 one for Heinz Tomato Ketchup and the other for Littlewoods Pools. <strong>532<\/strong> was originally <strong>Metropolitan Electric Tramways 360<\/strong> and was renumbered <strong>2104<\/strong> when the tram fleets in London came under the auspices of the London Transport Passenger Board.
