Sometimes it gets increasingly difficult to keep up with changes in service on UK tramway systems with probably the tramway with most changes being Stagecoach Supertram \u2013 and they\u2019re at it again. It was only a few days ago we reported that the conventional tramway network would be returning to a later finish but before that could even be implemented its all change again!<\/p>\n

In a last minute change Stagecoach Supertram announced that as from the start of service on Saturday 7th<\/sup> November all services would end \u201cafter around\u201d 2000. This is the same time that the Tram-Train service (with its reduced hourly timetable having already started) was ending anyway but the conventional network will now see this early finish as well instead of the previously advised end time of around midnight.<\/p>\n The good news about the timetable change is that frequencies will remain the same.<\/p>\n In summary the following service will be running with all services ending around 2000:<\/p>\n Blue route: Up to every 15 minutes during the day Monday-Saturday, every 20 minutes at other times and on Sunday<\/p>\n Purple route: Every 30 minutes<\/p>\n Yellow route: Up to every 15 minutes during the day Monday-Saturday, every 20 minutes at other times and on Sunday<\/p>\n Tram-Train: Every hour<\/p>\n For passengers wishing to travel when the tram isn\u2019t, ticket acceptance on various bus routes is in place after 1900 each day.
