Chorlton Tramway Office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are off to Greater Manchester again for our latest photo of a first generation tramway structure still in situ today.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Barlow Moor Road today has a Metrolink stop \u2013 albeit not one actually on Barlow Moor Road with it located on Mauldeth Road West next to the junction of Barlow Moor Road \u2013 but back in first generation tram days in Manchester it was very much on a tram route and there is a building still in place which would have seen trams pass by on a daily basis until abandonment. The old tramway office on Barlow Moor Road was situated next to a two track siding with a shelter and toilets also provided at this location.
