Blackpool Balloon 726"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We take another look at a Blackpool Balloon car today as we see a photo which didn\u2019t quite turn out as we\u2019d hoped at the time the shutter was pressed!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This time the date is 6th September 2008 and it would appear that it has been a wet day in Blackpool with puddles having formed on the surface which may explain why I tried to take this shot along the side of the station building at Bispham. It would have been fine if it hadn\u2019t been for the fence located adjacent to the tramway and the concrete fence blocks the rear section of the tram. <strong>726<\/strong> was in this simple and well designed advert for HM Coastguard at the time. It would almost have been a good shot if it wasn\u2019t for the fence!
