Opening for business on 31st May 1999 it is at the western edge of West Bromwich Town Centre and this platform is the Birmingham bound one.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_33583\" style=\"width: 560px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?attachment_id=33583\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-33583\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-33583\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-33583\" title=\"37-aw\" src=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/37-aw-550x412.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"412\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-33583\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The tram we see here is 37 \u2013 the last of the 21 strong Urbos3 class of trams built by CAF in Spain. It is one of just four of the class to have carried a name, of which only three still have them on their cab sides. The name is Ozzy Osbourne.
