Blackpool Balloon 703"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It seems that <strong>Blackpool Balloon 703<\/strong> is a cursed tram as far as my photography attempts are concerned as it warrants a second entry with this photo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->In this photo we can still easily make out the tram as being <strong>703<\/strong> in the 1980s Green and Cream livery as it stands at the southbound stop at Pleasure Beach bound for Starr Gate on 8th September 2006.
