The survey is looking for views on the service offered on the West Midlands Metro including the tramstop, conditions on board the tram, information available on the tram service (at the stops, on the trams and elsewhere) and the quality of service (including punctuality and length of time they have to wait for the trams).<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The survey can be completed <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/TramSurvey\">online<\/a> and anyone who completes the survey by 29th November will be entered into a prize draw for \u00a350 worth of Amazon vouchers.<\/p>\n<p>Vicki Bennett, Metro Customer Service Manager, said: \u201cThe views of our customers are vitally important to us and we always welcome their feedback on the services we provide.
