{"id":29182,"date":"2019-08-08T18:03:35","date_gmt":"2019-08-08T17:03:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=29182"},"modified":"2019-08-08T18:03:35","modified_gmt":"2019-08-08T17:03:35","slug":"picture-in-time-unrestored-trams-at-seaton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=29182","title":{"rendered":"Picture in Time: Unrestored trams at Seaton"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following on from last week\u2019s image of <strong>Seaton Tramway 14<\/strong> under restoration this week we take a look at some unrestored tram bodies outside the depot.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->This photo was again taken in 1980 when as well as no. <strong>14<\/strong> \u2013 as it would become \u2013 being in an advanced state of restoration on the other side there were two additional tram bodies waiting for their chance to become trams again \u2013 even if it was at a different gauge to that they were originally built for.
