{"id":2657,"date":"2012-12-22T18:40:44","date_gmt":"2012-12-22T18:40:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=2657"},"modified":"2012-12-22T18:40:44","modified_gmt":"2012-12-22T18:40:44","slug":"m5000-3032-derails-at-market-street","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=2657","title":{"rendered":"M5000 3032 derails at Market Street"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Manchester Metrolink services through the City Centre were suspended during the evening of Friday 21<sup>st<\/sup> December after M5000 <strong>3032 <\/strong>derailed having just departed Market Street stop at approximately 1715.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>3032 <\/strong>was running towards Piccadilly Station when it came off the rails having just left\u00a0 Market Street stop. The incident happened in the vicinity of a set of points and is the third such occasion that a derailment has happened around this point.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst Metrolink and the RAIB undertook their investigations services were altered so trams from Bury and Shaw &amp; Crompton terminated at Victoria and all other services were<br \/>\ndiverted in Piccadilly Station.
