{"id":26145,"date":"2019-02-21T18:14:16","date_gmt":"2019-02-21T18:14:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=26145"},"modified":"2019-02-21T18:14:16","modified_gmt":"2019-02-21T18:14:16","slug":"picture-in-time-seaton-12-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=26145","title":{"rendered":"Picture in Time: Seaton 12"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Heading back into the archives today we are in Devon for a look at probably the most rebuilt tram of the Seaton Tramway fleet \u2013 no. <strong>12<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>12<\/strong> has now been in the condition shown in this photo for 20 years having last been rebuilt in 1999 into the pseudo open top Feltham look but for much of its life the tram was actually a single decker. Initially built in 1966 as an enclosed single deck tram <strong>12<\/strong>\u2019s first rebuild came in 1980 when it was given an open top deck at Seaton with the Feltham design following just before the Millennium.
