The tram suffered minor damage with the coupler cover being dented but no injuries were reported at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile the dreaded tram failure caused problems on the Eccles and MediaCityUK lines after a vehicle suffered a brake fault at Exchange Quay.
