With 18 due to receive the special liveries this means that there are only a further five location combinations to come.

The locations featured on 252 are Bannockburn to Dundee and two very different statues are included on the full height vinyl. Bannockburn was the site of the famous Battle of Bannockburn and was a significant victory for the Scots in the first war for Scottish independence. A statue of Robert the Bruce – who also features on 277 – is included on the vinyl. Meanwhile the statue shown from Dundee is of a more recent historical figure – Desperate Dan! Dundee was the home of the Dandy comic which featured the character.

Meanwhile 258 is from Turnberry to Blair Drummond but the connection between the two isn’t particularly strong – in fact it seems they have only been paired together because the photos look similar! Turnberry is illustrated by golf clubs – with a famous golf course and hotel being located here (now owned by the Trump organisation) whilst Blair Drummond is shown with a picture of meerkats at the Safari and Adventure Park located on the estate (opened in 1970).

252 at West End Princes Street.
