The addition of more advertising vinyls for C R Smith shows no signs of slowing down with two more trams receiving their new look in the past few days \u2013 267<\/strong> and 274<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For 267<\/strong> the theme of the centre full height vinyl is from Largs to Dundee. The Largs illustration is presumed to represent the Scottish\/Norwegian Battle of Largs in 1262 whilst for Dundee it is an image of the royal research ship, Discovery, which is preserved on the city\u2019s waterfront.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile 274<\/strong> is from Pitlochry to Meadowbank. It seems that the theme for this one is jumping! Pitlochry features salmon jumping as there is a salmon ladder on the River Tummel so the fish can get past the hydro electric power station and dam. Whereas Meadowbank has an athlete jumping \u2013 Meadowbank is the only stadium to have hosted the Commonwealth Games twice in 1970 and 1986 but is to close on 3rd December before being replaced by housing and smaller facility in 2020.<\/p>\n

You can say one thing about these adverts there seems to have been a lot of thought gone in to the themes!<\/p>\n
