Services will resume of the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway from Wednesday 24th May following the temporary closure after the horses were found to be suffering with a respiratory infection. An hourly service will run on Wednesday 24th with trams every half hour from Thursday 25th May.<\/p>\n
Five horses \u2013 the trammers \u2013 have been cleared for work on Wednesday 24th May with Mark, Teddy, William, Douglas and Andrew to operate the service. Trams will run every hour between 0900 and 1600 only.<\/p>\n
Then on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th May Rocky, Charles, Philip and Torrin will join the fray with a half hourly service running between 0900 and 1600.<\/p>\n
Ian, Steve and Robert will resume service on Saturday 27th May with timetable \u201cN\u201d in operation throughout the Bank Holiday weekend. It is then planned that a normal service will resume from Tuesday 30th May.<\/p>\n
