{"id":16555,"date":"2017-02-04T20:39:44","date_gmt":"2017-02-04T20:39:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=16555"},"modified":"2017-02-04T20:39:44","modified_gmt":"2017-02-04T20:39:44","slug":"lorry-gets-stuck-on-midland-metro-tracks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=16555","title":{"rendered":"Lorry gets stuck on Midland Metro tracks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Midland Metro services were into Birmingham City Centre were suspended for nearly six hours on Tuesday 31st January after a lorry driver got lost which ended up which his vehicle becoming stuck on the grassed section of track between Bull Street and St Chad\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The lorry \u2013 which was carrying concrete safety barriers \u2013 was reported as being stuck on the line at around 0620 meaning that trams from Wolverhampton St George\u2019s were being turned at St Paul\u2019s whilst a recovery operation was put into place.
