Ben \u2013 who has been with NET since March 2014 but only qualified as a driver in November 2015 \u2013 was recognised having created training materials for a group of tram ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->These presentations were mainly prepared in his spare time and helped the ambassadors understand the new ticketing plans, timetables and destinations in use on the network.
