{"id":13815,"date":"2016-02-10T20:04:49","date_gmt":"2016-02-10T19:04:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=13815"},"modified":"2016-02-10T20:04:49","modified_gmt":"2016-02-10T19:04:49","slug":"picture-in-time-liverpool-166","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=13815","title":{"rendered":"Picture in Time: Liverpool 166"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We head back into the 1950s for the latest Picture in Time instalment and we feature a tram which is sadly no longer with us \u2013 <strong>Liverpool 166<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>Liverpool 166<\/strong> was built by the Corporation\u2019s own workshops in 1937 as one of batch of 38 trams known officially as Bogie Streamliner Cars \u2013 a type still represented in preservation by <strong>869<\/strong> at the Crich Tramway Village (albeit <strong>869<\/strong> is from an earlier construction batch).
