{"id":13068,"date":"2015-11-06T22:05:34","date_gmt":"2015-11-06T21:05:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=13068"},"modified":"2015-11-06T22:05:34","modified_gmt":"2015-11-06T21:05:34","slug":"stadler-2560-enters-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=13068","title":{"rendered":"Stadler 2560 enters service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just a few days after playing a starring role in the launch of the new platform at Wimbledon Stadler Variobahn <strong>2560<\/strong> has become the 31st tram to carry passengers on the London Tramlink network.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>2560<\/strong> entered service on the afternoon of Friday 6th November operating on the line 1 and 4 Elmers End circuit. The tram had received a new livery ahead of its starring role during the launch with vinyls added at one end to suggest that it is a new tram being unwrapped for Croydon.<\/p>\n<p>The other two new Stadler Variobahns which have also arrived in Croydon continue to undergo commissioning.
