Members of the public are being given the chance to win tickets for exclusive preview trips on the two new Nottingham Express Transit lines as preparations continue for the official opening later this summer. The trips will take place on Tuesday 11th (Beeston) and Wednesday 12th (Clifton) August departing from the two new termini at Toton Lane and Clifton Lane at 1100 and then heading off to Nottingham Station and then the depot.<\/p>\n

The lucky winners will be able to board the trams \u2013 which will also stop at a number of other services on the new lines \u2013 and travel all the way to the depot where they will be able to attend a special VI Preview Tram Party. You will be able to sit in the drivers seat, take selfies and enjoy some food and drink and whilst onboard you can also grab yourself a special goodie bag, be snapped by NET\u2019s own photographer and enjoy some entertainment. Your Golden Ticket will then allow you to head back to your chosen destination.<\/p>\n
Entries must be made by the form on the new look NET website at http:\/\/thetram.net\/the-vipreview-tram-competition.aspx<\/a> with a deadline of middnight on Thursday 6th August.
