Gallery 372: Liverpool 245 restoration update June 2013

We take another look at the restoration of Liverpool 245 to see all of the latest progress as at the beginning of June 2013. Most of the recent progress has been concentrating on the truck of 245 with the motors being installed (not as easy as hoped for as the bolts and springs which attach the motor to the frame didn't line up). Other recent work on the tram has included the positioning of the controller, the fitting of the front panel and lights at the Taylor Street end and work on the resistance box and underfloor ventilating ducts.
