SECOND METRO PINK TRAM IS 07
Midland Metro – Tuesday 11th September 2007

It has been confirmed that the second pink tram spotted a few weeks at the Wednesbury depot of Midland Metro is indeed 07. This tram has been out of service for many years following a collision with a steel lorry, and has been in use as a “Christmas Tree” since this time.

Other news from Midland Metro sees the first of the new PIDs installed at Wednesbury Great Western Street, although these have not yet been commissioned for service as yet.

Although still unnumbered, this is 07 at the Wednesbury depot of Midland Metro. It is seen through the fence on 3 September 2007.
