BALLOON 713 REVEALED IN CONSERVATIVE ADVERT
Blackpool & Fleetwood Tramway – Sunday 30th September 2007

Balloon 713 has been released from the Blackpool Tramway workshops and into service in a new all over advert for the Conservative Party, who hold their annual conference in the resort this coming week. The tram remains white below the lower saloon windows but above that is blue with green trees.
