NEW TIMETABLE FOR TRAMLINK
London Tramlink – Sunday 16th November 2008

London Tramlink services are now operating a revised timetable, with slightly reduced frequencies on the Elmers End and Beckenham Junction routes. In addition the revised tram map omits route numbers with colours used instead – a darker green for the Wimbledon-New Addington service and a slightly lighter shade of green for services round the Croydon loop to Elmers End and Beckenham Junction.

The main timetable change sees a 12 minute frequency on the Elmers End and Beckenham Junction via Croydon loop services during the main part of the day. The Wimbledon to New Addington route remains at a 7/8 minute frequency during the main part of the day.

The reasoning behind the service change is believed to be to allow repairs and upgrades to be undertaken on the trams as one less vehicle is required on the revised Elmers End/Beckenham Junction frequency.

British Trams Online is an enthusiast run website for enthusiasts. It should be able to be viewed at all screen resolutions but I do advise you that it is probably best at 1024x768. The site is owned, maintained (and in the main written) by Gareth Prior. Any comments or suggestions please email.
