LLANDUDNO & COLWYN BAY REPLICA TRAM 7 UPDATE Following the successful outings of 7 to Llandudno and Rhos-on-Sea Promenade on the first weekends of May and June respectively, a special outing was arranged to the Conway Road Infants School at the West End, Colwyn Bay on Monday 11 June – much to the delight of the pupils who subsequently had a painting competition of the tram.
The next outings for the tram around North Wales are: In addition the first visit outside Wales is now planned for… Other events planned for 2007 are the previously reported Centenary events in October and also Father Christmas looks like he will be having a ride on 7 rather than on the back of a boring old lorry.
