LLANDUDNO & COLWYN BAY REPLICA TRAM 7 UPDATE
Llandudno & Colwyn Bay Tramway Society – Sunday 15th July 2007

Following the successful outings of 7 to Llandudno and Rhos-on-Sea Promenade on the first weekends of May and June respectively, a special outing was arranged to the Conway Road Infants School at the West End, Colwyn Bay on Monday 11 June – much to the delight of the pupils who subsequently had a painting competition of the tram.

The next outings for the tram around North Wales are:
Thursday 26th July - 7 at Llandudno (Bodafan Fields) “Rugby Club Fun Day”
Sunday 5th August - 7 at Colwyn Bay “Carnival”
Saturday/Sunday 11th/12th August - 7 at Llandudno “Carnival”

In addition the first visit outside Wales is now planned for…
Sunday 7th October - 7 at the Birkenhead “Wirral Bus and Tram Event”

Other events planned for 2007 are the previously reported Centenary events in October and also Father Christmas looks like he will be having a ride on 7 rather than on the back of a boring old lorry.
