Twin Cars 1
It has not been the most prolific year for the Twin Cars and this week was no different - set 5 did not make a single appearance whilst sets 1, 2 and 3 were rare in service. The one set - 674+684 - that did make regular appearances (including two go's on Fleetwood service) managed to disgrace itself on 8 September after derailing at Little Bispham whilst on specials.

Twin Car 671+681 at Bold Street, Fleetwood having worked a Market Tuesday special to the nothern outpost of the tramway on 5 September 2006. The tram retains the Green & Yellow Metro Coastlines livery.
And a view of the tram with the trailer in front at North Pier on 4 September 2006.
At Cabin on 4 September 2006 is the Orange & Yellow Metro Coastlines liveried Twin Car 682+672.
