For the first time in many years all eight class members are now available for service following the return to service of 648 after its mid-life refurbishment (645 has also returned to service after last years "Week in Blackpool"). These trams are used both as one person operated trams and also as Railcoaches with a conductor as well as a driver. 647 did not make an appearance in service during the week.

Waiting on the outer loop at Pleasure Beach is Centenary 644 showing its Fleetwood Market/Farmer Parrs Animal World joint all over advert. The tram is seen on 3 September 2006.
One of two trams to advertise the Palm Beach Hotel is Centenary 645 (the other is of course Balloon 701 - with a yellow base). The tram was operating on specials when captured at Pleasure Beach on 5 September 2006.
Centenary 646 caused disruption on the evening on 2 September 2006 when it broke down around Barton Avenue heading towards Pleasure Beach, it was eventually towed to depot. It did not make another appearance in service during the week but was spotted on 7 September 2006 on a test run, seen here at North Pier in its Paul Gaunt Furniture all over ad.
