Centenary Cars 1
For the first time in many years all eight class members are now available for service following the return to service of 648 after its mid-life refurbishment (645 has also returned to service after last years "Week in Blackpool"). These trams are used both as one person operated trams and also as Railcoaches with a conductor as well as a driver. 647 did not make an appearance in service during the week.

Centenary 641 retains its orange based all over advert for Orion Bingo. The tram is seen on the centre track at Cabin on 3 September, apparently heading for some "Central Promenade Pleasure" - the mind boggles!
With the Mecca Bingo advertising contract expiring Blackpool Transport decided to remove the vinyls and repaint Centenary 642 in this all over yellow livery. The tram is seen departing depot on 7 September 2006 ready for evening specials.
A long serving all over advert is this one for Grosvenor Casino on Centenary 643. The tram is at the unloading stop of Bold Street, Fleetwood on 5 September 2006 having worked a Market Tuesday special.
