Gallery 494: Midland Metro - September & October 2014

We take a look at Midland Metro with a collection of photos taken in late September and October. We feature extensive images of both the original T69 trams and their soon to be replacements, the Urbos 3 LRVs as well as taking a look at some images of the Birmingham City Centre extension beyond Snow Hill to New Street station. Throughout this period the line was only running between Birmingham Snow Hill and Priestfield due to rail replacement works further towards Wolverhampton St Georges and as such we feature several images of trams using the crossover at Priestfield.
