Leeds 345's launch back into services following restoration
On Saturday 1 April 2006 Leeds 345 was launched back into service at the Crich Tramway Village following its major restoration. The event was, for some reason, apparently shrouded in secrecy with the details only buried away on the fleet list section of their website. Now following are several photos from the day.

Once the trio of Leeds trams arrived back at Town End, a cheque was presented by the TSO to the Tramway Museum Society to fund part of 345's restoration.

Following the cheque presentation, Leeds 345 entered normal passenger service and is seen here at Town End ready to depart. Note that the tram has received a different period style advert on each side.
